Tamarack provides project management services to strata property owners and councils, strata managers, and small businesses and other organizations for their property maintenance work.

We find that many organizations tackle complex projects on their own and, in many cases, may not have the time, experience and resources to manage them properly with full focus.

Tamarack Project Management partners with owners to manage the more complex maintenance, upgrade and replacement projects for buildings, grounds, and their utility systems and services.

These are typically multi-trade supply & install type projects, with the need for technical specifications to be developed by consultants or engineers, and involvement and coordination of multiple contractors.

Current & past maintenance projects include replacement and upgrades to property drainage systems, roofing, parkade membranes, retaining walls, paving, building foundations, electrical systems, and landscaping renewal. 

We are independent of engineering firms, suppliers and contractors, so procure the best resources for each project.
