Tamarack Project Management's principal is Perry Skalenda, a project management and business professional with a unique integration of managerial, operational and financial abilities.
Perry has worked in project management for 20 years, where he has had key responsibilities in managing projects, project evaluations and business case development, project finance, procurement and contract management, and developing project management processes and controls.
An enthusiastic and communicative leader, Perry brings a strong balance of analytical and practical thinking to problem solving and decision making.
The passion for his work is driven by his love of variety and the reality that no two projects are the same, needing a focused and disciplined approach to deliver successful results.
Perry has an MBA in Finance, and project management certification through both the University of Toronto and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
